The legal expert Renata Jungo Brüngger, member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, has been appointed a new member of the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Foundation’s statutes. She was also elected its Chairperson, succeeding Sabine Kohleisen, who is responsible for Human Resources on the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

Jungo Brüngger is head of the Integrity and Legal Affairs department; she is also responsible for the upholding and safeguarding of human rights and for the sustainable securement of a corporate culture of integrity. In addition to her work for the Mercedes-Benz Group, she brings with her many years of experience in the field of foundations, the promotion of science, and the exchange between industry, politics and civil society.
