Online application portal for the postdoctoral scholarship program for 2025

• Where can I find general information?
  You can find the call for applications and general information at „promote“ → Scholarship program → Postdoctoral program 2025.
  
  
• When is the application deadline?
  Applications are possible up to and including 01.10.2024. Please note that you must submit all documents, including the two references, by this time. Incomplete documents or delayed applications unfortunately cannot be taken into consideration.
  
  
• What documents must I submit?
  You can find the list of all required documents in the call for applications.
  
  
• What file formats can I upload?
  For technical reasons, all documents can only be uploaded as PDF files.
  
  
• How can letters of recommendation be submitted?
  As an applicant, you should use the online application portal to enter the email addresses of the referees you have selected and already contacted. They will then receive an e-mail with a link with which they can upload their letters of recommendation. For security reasons, this link is provided with an upload keyword.
  
  If as a referee you have not received a link with an upload keyword, please contact the applicant and clarify with him or her whether he or she has entered your email address; please also check your spam folder if necessary.
