Dr.-Ing. Lena Marie Saure

Award of the Daimler and Benz Foundation for the dissertation of a female engineer

The Bertha Benz Prize, endowed with 10,000 euros, was awarded on 16. July 2024 to Dr.-Ing. Lena Marie Saure from Kiel University. The results of her dissertation, which deals with future-proof aeromaterials, can be used to implement efficient and resource-saving systems for energy conversion for the industry.
