The Board of Management is responsible for all activities of the foundation as well as for the management of the assets and properties. It represents the foundation at court as well as out of court. The board currently consists of three members. The Administrative Office of the Karl-Benz-Mansion in Ladenburg works on behalf of the Board of Managing. The Board of Managing is appointed by the Board of Trustees for five years. A reappointment is possible.
